Dog sledding

One mushing sport

In the Great North, man’s best friend was not a horse, but rather a dog. In the frozen silence, sleds ploughed through the snow. Invigorated by the fresh air, settlers innovated a natural means of powering them. When this tradition made its way to Tignes, it became a breathtaking ride over the frozen lake. Located in the heart of the resort, the lake is accessible in a matter of minutes.
