Objective getting fit
- A 25m swimming pool.
- A sports complex with a fitness studio and a weight-training room equipped with state-of-the-art fitness machines! What’s more, it has been tested and approved by high level sportsmen and women at altitude training camps in Tignes (Olympique Lyonnais, Stade Français, the French Football team in May 2008 etc.)
- And also spinning, fitness, cardio, swimming and swimming with flippers lessons.

Calm… the steam room: give your body a treat in this 45°C steam bath.
