Introduction to backcountry freestyle

Pleasure and security are the main words of those 2 days  of introduction to backcountry freestyle (a mix of freestyle and freeride) with Julien Régnier and open to all young. Registration in the "Maisons de Tignes".

 

The Programme

Thursday 22th December

9 am to 12 pm : theorical courses on safety in high mountains (ARVA...)

1 to 4 pm: practical courses

9 pm: movie "Rettalack" in Tignes Val Claret Cinema - FREE

Friday 23rd December

9 am to 12 pm : freestyle session

1 to 4 pm: backcountry session

9 pm: movie "The Art of flight" in Tignes Val Claret Cinema - FREE
