We can help you with our renovation package in the form of a subsidy provided by the commune of Tignes and the ski lift company STGM in a personalised, simple and flexible scheme.

200€ per m² for the first 20 m² renovated, then 100€ per m² for the following m² renovated.

The subsidy will be paid at the end of the renovation by the commune of Tignes and by the STGM after verification that the required work has been respected and your apartment has been classed with the Tignes comfort Label of a minimum of 2 pillows.

Example of an apartment of 40 m²:

• Renovated surface: 30 m²
• Amount of the subsidy: 20 m² x 200€ + 10 m² x 100€ = 5000€

You have 3 options available:

• Formula 1: You entrust yourself the renovation
  
• Formula 2: You entrust the renovation to a renovation company / interior architect of your choice
  

1. Initial contact with the Owner's Partnership Department of Tignes Développement

2. Visit of your apartment (a free visit, without any obligations)

3. Signature of the contract and providing of the keys of the apartment if necessary

4. Completion of renovation work (formula 1, 2 or 3)

5. Delivery of the renovation work by the end of October

6. Visit of your apartment

7. Payment of the subsidy
