SECURITY RULES
The trails are open to mountain bikers under their own responsibility.
They offer technical difficulties and are aimed at confirmed mountain bikers. They require control and
caution from mountain bikers. Tignes and the STGM can not be held responsible for any possible injuries
caused to the mountain bikers.

• Supervision and instruction by a mountain bike instructor is highly recommended.

• Helmet and protections must be worn.

• Before leaving, check your equipment and don't forget to take some repair tools.

• Don't forget to take food, warm clothes, rain clothes should the weather conditions change.

• Keep to the defined tracks without cutting corners and the bends of the track.

• Be careful, pedestrians have priority on the enduro trails.

• Some of the tracks are forbidden for mountain bikers, see signs.

• Be careful with the presence of 4x4's.

• Respect nature, don't throw away your rubbish, take it away with you.

• Try not to go alone and tell your relatives or friends the route you plan to take and the time you plan to get back.

• While crossing the high mountain pastures / fields, don't frighten any animals. For security or bad weather conditions, the right to access certain tracks may be closed.

• In accordance with the local law of March 30th 2006, the 4 downhills tracks of Toviere, the 2 downhills of Palafour and also the dirt and the four cross are exclusively reserved to mountain bikers and are marked and well-kept. These tracks are forbidden to pedestrians, horses, motor-bikes and quads...

BE CAREFUL! 
The practice of mountain bike is forbidden in the Vanoise National Park.
